SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you promptly.
Delivery times typically range from 3-10 business days, depending on shipping method and destination.

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

You will be charged shipping on every order you make at checkout but will be refunded all additional shipping charges after the 1st order the following day.

High-Value / Tracked Orders

If the total value of your hits equals to or is greater than €50, tracked postage is advised and can be arranged manually.
Please contact us if tracked shipping is required.
If you want tracked shipping regardless of value, please contact us as soon as you place your order.

Packaging Notes

We take great care to ensure your cards/collectibles are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. For high-value or fragile items, additional protective packaging may be used.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—collectible trading cards and live break services—we do not offer returns or refunds.

Exceptions:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. We will hold the item until a new postage fee is paid. Alternatively, you may choose a refund minus original shipping costs, provided the item has not been opened.

No Returns on Live Breaks:

All purchases related to live breaks are final. Once a pack is opened during a live stream, it cannot be returned or refunded.
