Shipping policy

SHIPPING

• All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you promptly.
  
• Delivery times typically range from 3-10 business days, depending on shipping method and destination.

 

• For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

 

• You will be charged shipping on every order you make at checkout but will be refunded all additional shipping charges after the 1st order the following day. 
  
  

High-Value / Tracked Orders

• If the total value of your hits equals to or is greater than €50, tracked postage is advised and can be arranged manually.
  Please contact us if tracked shipping is required.
  
• If you want tracked shipping regardless of value, please contact us as soon as you place your order.
  

Packaging Notes

• We take great care to ensure your cards/collectibles are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. For high-value or fragile items, additional protective packaging may be used.
