Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the nature of our products—collectible trading cards and live break services—we do not offer returns or refunds.

Exceptions:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. We will hold the item until a new postage fee is paid. Alternatively, you may choose a refund minus original shipping costs, provided the item has not been opened.

 

No Returns on Live Breaks:

  • All purchases related to live breaks are final. Once a pack is opened during a live stream, it cannot be returned or refunded.
